Terms governing drivers, riders, delivery partners and taskers
These Partner Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the DOODER Driver mobile application (“Driver App”) operated by ZETLY INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED for independent drivers, riders, delivery partners and taskers (“Partner”).
By downloading, registering on or using the Driver App, you agree to these Terms and the DOODER Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Driver App.
DOODER operates a technology platform that connects users with Partners willing to provide rides, deliveries, errands, home-service visits and other tasks.
The Company may approve, reject, suspend or terminate Partner accounts at its discretion.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Driver App solely for providing Partner Services.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials and all activity performed through your account.
Partners may accept or reject tasks shown in the Driver App, subject to minimum performance standards.
Fares are calculated based on distance, time, base fare, surge, tolls and other parameters displayed in the Driver App.
The Company may deduct platform fees, applicable taxes, penalties or adjustments. Remaining payouts are settled as per the displayed settlement cycle.
Repeated unjustified cancellations, no-shows, or false task completions may result in penalties, suspension or deactivation.
You are responsible for your smartphone, data plan, safety gear and equipment. GPS and location services must remain enabled while online.
Safety tools such as trip tracking and SOS may be enabled to protect Partners and Users.
User ratings and feedback impact access to future tasks and incentives. Persistent poor performance may lead to warnings or deactivation.
Partners are solely responsible for tax compliance including GST, income tax and regulatory obligations. The Company may deduct taxes at source as required by law.
All DOODER branding, software and intellectual property belong to the Company. Branding materials must be used only during active Partner Services.
Customer and Company data must be used only to complete assigned tasks and must not be shared or misused for personal or commercial purposes.
The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability is limited to commissions earned by the Company in the preceding three months.
The Company may suspend or terminate access for breach, misconduct, fraud, safety risks or legal non-compliance.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration seated in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
The Company may modify these Terms, commission structures or policies from time to time. Continued use of the Driver App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
